How it works
Send an invite from your portal
Log in to your client portal and enter your friend's email address in the Referral section. DispuPoint sends them a personal invitation with a unique, single-use discount code tied to your account.
They use the code when they start the case
Your friend starts their case at DispuPoint and gets their free assessment. When they pay to start the case, they enter their discount code. The $50 is applied to their case fee automatically. They pay $199 instead of $249.
Their case is assessed
We review their case the same way we reviewed yours. If it comes back VIABLE or POTENTIALLY VIABLE, meaning they proceed and pay, the credit triggers for you.
You get $50 in DispuPoint credits
$50 in DispuPoint credits is added to your account. Credits appear in your portal and apply to any future case you submit.
What triggers the credit
The credit triggers when the person you referred submits a case and it is assessed as VIABLE or POTENTIALLY VIABLE. These are the outcomes where they pay and proceed. They've received something of real value from the service.
A case assessed as not viable earns no credit. Nobody benefits when a case wasn't viable in the first place, and we don't pretend otherwise.
How credits work
One discount code per case
Each referral invite generates a unique, single-use code for your friend. Only one discount code can be applied per case. The minimum any client pays is $99. Credits do not reduce the case fee below that.
Credits accumulate
Each successful referral adds $50 in DispuPoint credits to your account. There is no cap on how many people you can refer or how many credits you can earn.
Credits never expire
Your credits stay in your account until you use them. No expiration date, no minimum activity required.
Apply to future cases
Credits apply to any new case you submit. Credits cannot reduce your case fee below $99 and cannot be converted to cash or transferred to another account.
Sending multiple invites
You can invite as many people as you want. Each person you invite receives their own unique, single-use code. If three people all use invites from your account and their cases are assessed as viable, you earn $50 in DispuPoint credits for each one.

Can I refer multiple people at once?
Yes. Each invite generates its own unique discount code tied to your account. Send as many as you want. There's no limit.
What if my friend forgets to use the code?
The discount only applies at checkout, so if they don't enter the code there, the credit doesn't trigger on either side. If this happens, contact us at [hello@dispupoint.com](mailto:hello@dispupoint.com) and we'll work it out case-by-case.
